A summer of holidays has slowed work a little but a track test is scheduled at a local track day in a few weekends time, so its time to finish a few important jobs.
The most important of all has been to get the rear brake working well, so its been totally overhauled with new R&G brake hose, seals and fresh bleed.
New lockstops machined and fitted.
LED lightguides mounted and wired in. Had them lit up at both dusk and in full on darkness. They look great and give out a suitable amount of light. Unfortuantly I'm no photographer and can't get a good enough photo of them to do them justice on here. Just need to tweak the position and make a new set of brackets then they can be riveted into place.
These are the two plates that sit either side of the bike, between the side and front fairing. There only purpose is to disguise the panel gap and hold the logo, so a suitable amount of lightening has been done on the reverse.
More to come on the logo and the name of the bike!
