SV650 - All In The Detail

 Here's an insight into the level of detail that we are going into to make every aspect of the bike as good as possible. These are small Nylon bosses that have been machined, which have been fitted into the bodywork at all the mounting points.

 

 This then not only gives us a location to drill the holes when the final panels come out of the molds, but also allows all the bodywork fixings to remain flush and makes for a cleaner looking fairing.
