SV650 - Front Fairing

 

This all occured a few weeks back, but we never got round to posting up any pictures. We have photos of the front fairing, trimmed, drilled and with a screen fitted too. All the hard work has paid off with this - it's come out great!

This is the part straight out of the mold, before trimming. Defiantly the best release yet with only a few small areas to repair. Layup of the fabric of this part took almost twice as long as any of the previous pieces - maybe just a case of the awkard corners and extra caution on my part to get everything down well for the best release.

 

Lots of edges to trim and even managed to get a decent finish on the inside of the part (no black marker pen marks!). Next time you see this will be on the bike.
